Adjusting an Order

Orders recevied via certain channels (ie. DoorDash) have the option to be adjusted. For example, if you receive a DoorDash order for 3 items, but 1 is out of stock, you have the ability to remove that item and fulfil the order with just the 2 in stock items. This can be done with the following steps:

1. Select the order tile (just after it has been acknowledged and printed)

2. Select the “Amend order” option (Note: you cannot amend an order once it has been 'Rejected' or marked as 'Ready for pickup/delivery')

3. Use the minus button to remove product/s from the order

4. Hit “Amend order” to save the changes

5. Wait for the request to be successfully delivered
