
Connect Printer (Bluetooth)
Troubleshooting > Zebra PrinterFollow these steps to re-pair the printer over Bluetooth:
- Ensure the tablet and printer are powered on
Note: The Status light on the Zebra printer should be solid green. The Network light can be red.
- On the tablet, swipe down from the top of the screen to pull down the Android menu
- Swipe down a second time to reveal more menu options
- Select the Settings icon on the bottom right
- Select Apps & Notifications
- Select SEE ALL 18 APPS
- Select Printer Setup
- Select Launch app to open the Printer Setup app
- On the Printer Setup app, tap Discover Printers
Note: if your tablet has already found the Zebra printer (D2Jxxxxxxxxx), then you can skip to step 11 - Wait a few moments for the printer to be found
- When the printer is found, return to the Q-Mgr application
- Open the Main menu > Settings > Setup printer
- Select Zebra as the Printer type
- Select Bluetooth as the Connection type
- Tap Find printers
- If the printer was found, select it to establish a connection
- Tap Print test page

Note: If you cannot connect via Bluetooth after many attempts and want to revert to a USB connection. A USB-A to USB-B cable (example here) is required and instructions for connection can be found in the "Connect Printer (USB)" guide.
