Connect Printer (Bluetooth)

Follow these steps to re-pair the printer over Bluetooth:

  1. Ensure the tablet and printer are powered on
    Note: The Status light on the Zebra printer should be solid green. The Network light can be red.
  2. On the tablet, swipe down from the top of the screen to pull down the Android menu
  3. Swipe down a second time to reveal more menu options
  4. Select the Settings icon on the bottom right
  5. Select Apps & Notifications
  6. Select SEE ALL 18 APPS
  7. Select Printer Setup
  8. Select Launch app to open the Printer Setup app
  9. On the Printer Setup app, tap Discover Printers
    Note: if your tablet has already found the Zebra printer (D2Jxxxxxxxxx), then you can skip to step 11
  10. Wait a few moments for the printer to be found
  11. When the printer is found, return to the Q-Mgr application
  12. Open the Main menu > Settings > Setup printer
  13. Select Zebra as the Printer type
  14. Select Bluetooth as the Connection type
  15. Tap Find printers
  16. If the printer was found, select it to establish a connection
  17. Tap Print test page

Note: If you cannot connect via Bluetooth after many attempts and want to revert to a USB connection. A USB-A to USB-B cable (example here) is required and instructions for connection can be found in the "Connect Printer (USB)" guide.
