Accessing Q-Mgr from the tablet

The Q-Mgr app will be available on the Android tablet home screen. Clicking on the icon will open the Q-Mgr application.

Note: The Q-Mgr application is configured to always be running on the tablet. If you close the application by swiping it closed from the Android app switcher view, the Q-Mgr service will continue to run in the background. The same happens if you restart the tablet - the Q-Mgr background service will automatically startup with the tablet. This way it is always connected and listening for new orders.

Tablet setup

The Q-Mgr app is designed to run in landscape orientation on the tablet and should be mounted on a docking station. It is strongly recommended the tablet is docked and plugged-in to power at all times to guarantee the most stable connection is maintained.
