Power Save mode should be disabled on the tablet for normal operation. To verify this:   

• Swipe down from the top of the screen to pull down the Android menu
• Swipe down a second time to reveal more menu options
• Select the Settings icon on the bottom right
• Type "Power S" into the Search bar
• Tap Roaming & Power Save
• Ensure setting is set to Off
