Follow the steps in the video link below to automatically calibrate a ZD420 and ZD600 series Zebra printers for use with your label media.

If you cannot view the video, below is a transcript with all the required steps to complete the calibration.

If your printer exhibits feeding errors like stopping in the wrong location or feeding a blank label between printed labels, perform a media calibration to correct this condition.

1. Open the printer and verify the media sensor (yellow) is in the correct location for your media.
2. Pull the end of the media out the front of the printer
3. Press the media down under the media guides
4. Close the printer
5. Press and hold the pause and cancel buttons for 2 seconds
6. The printer will feed and measure several labels
7. Remove the excess
