Set online/offline

Allows the user to toggle the store status online or offline. A “reason” must be provided to toggle the status.

Setup workstation

Allows the user to connect the app to the intended workstation. Note: This setup should already have been completed during the onboarding steps when the tablet was configured for the site. It is recommended to leave this setup for Altaine Support (support@altaine.com).

Setup printer

Allows the user to connect the app to the intended printer device. Note: This setup should already have been completed during the onboarding steps when the tablet was configured for the site. It is recommended to leave this setup for Altaine Support (support@altaine.com).

Setup audio

Allows the user to test the alarm (via “Play/stop alarm”) or mute the alarm if they no longer wish to hear the alarm for incoming orders. Note: It is recommended the alarm is not muted to ensure new orders are acknowledged as soon as possible.

Send diagnostic logs

Allows the user to send diagnostics logs to help Altaine Support resolve any support cases (support@altaine.com).

Send test order

Allows the user to send a test order to the tablet to confirm the connection and print layout.
