Site hours

Displays the hours when the site is available for ordering. Site hours can only be updated on the Admin Console by a store administrator or Altaine Support (support@altaine.com).

Orders

 A database for users to query all orders that have been placed against the site. Filters are available to help you locate orders of interest.

Menu

Allows the user to view the entire menu available to online customers. Menu items can be marked as “Out-of-stock” or “Excluded”. “Out-of-stock” items are still visible on the menu for customers, but they cannot be ordered or added to cart. “Excluded” items are not visible on the menu for customers.

Price overrides/Price book

Allows the user to set or override product and modifier prices for their site. Prices can also be configured with date ranges so they are only applied over given time periods. It site is synced with PDI, then this page is read-only as prices come from PDI and cannot be overriden.

KPIs

Displays a snapshot view of the recent orders. Useful for staff to monitor key performance indicators and analyze ordering trends. Breakdown order quantities and totals by Order Status and Channel over a set time period and is able to compare this to a previous time period.

Help

Provides access to the Q-Mgr Android User Guide and useful troubleshooting information which can all be accessed offline (ie. without a wifi connection).
